JUSTIFICATIVA DO AUTOR

This proposal points toward a conservative approach to education policy by using tax incentives and parental choice to expand schooling options. School-choice policies can attract support across party lines, so this is a narrower and less definitive ideological signal than an explicit social-policy restriction. Records introduction of a proposal; it does not claim that this bill was enacted or that school choice is exclusive to conservatives.
